Vizolution director to host CXPA Executive Roundtable

Marcio Rodrigues, Customer Propositions Director at Vizolution and Board Ambassador for the CXPA, a global non-profit organisation, will lead a panel discussion with CX leaders at this year’s Insight Exchange, during which they will discuss their current roles, the professional path that led to their role, and what it takes to be a successful CX leader.

The roundtable entitled “Customer Experience Life Story: The Journey to become a CX Leader” will be an informal session open for Q&A from the audience.

This first UK Insight Exchange will take place on 10 February at The Landmark London and will bring together passionate professionals for world-class learning and networking with a unique approach to exchange and a focus on innovation.

The CXPA’s member to member (M2M) focus is what differentiates the Insight Exchange from other customer experience conferences and visitors can leverage the knowledge of fellow customer experience leaders in order to boost themselves and their companies.

Panellists taking part in the discussion are:

Sarah is a member of the Severn Trent Executive Committee responsible for the Customer business unit, Group Technology and Group Transformation. Prior to joining Severn Trent Water in December 2014, Sarah led Accenture Digital in the UK and Ireland, a £300m division of Accenture covering digital strategy, multi-channel customer interaction, mobility, IoT and analytics. She has worked with clients including Tesco, Citigroup, Zurich Insurance, Lloyds Banking Group, TSB and Argos, specialising in marketing, customer experience, digital transformation and social media.

Emma Sutton is Head of Customer Experience for MBNA and has responsibility for the End2End customer experience across the enterprise with the objective of fostering customer loyalty through ease of doing business and cultivation of customer delight. Having held a number of senior roles at MBNA and an expert on customer operations, she has a broad experience building high performing teams and working cross-functionally to execute major multi-generational strategic programs, channel development and operational transformation.

Mark set up Grovelands in October 2009. Grovelands is a specialist recruitment firm which provides high quality contract and permanent associates across sectors. Since then Grovelands has grown to be a 90 man recruiter, has revenue of £36M and regularly wins awards for service. Before setting up Grovelands Mark was a Partner at Deloitte where he led the Financial Services regulatory team and established a 500 man outsourcer.
