LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell has just signed a deal with Vizolution, the company established and launched by Bill Safran, former CEO of Trigold.
Following a successful trial in late 2012, sales account managers at Martindale-Hubbell Global will now use Vizolution’s ground-breaking, screen sharing technology, vScreen, to increase the effectiveness of telephone calls to prospects and existing customers across the globe. The tool will help to achieve a better level of end-user engagement as the visual element enables the customer to achieve a higher level of product understanding and confidence that is not usually achieved on a telephone call alone.
Through its web-based product, martindale.com, Martindale-Hubbell helps international law firms to enhance their visibility online and obtain independent client review ratings. Martindale-Hubbell is a part of LexisNexis, a global giant providing technology solutions to governments and legal, corporate and tax professionals, with more than 10,000 employees worldwide.
One of the advantages to vScreen is that it doesn’t require any investment in special hardware or downloaded software to run. It works over a secure internet connection and is compatible with all operating systems and web browsers with no download needed. As a result any firewall issues are avoided and vScreen’s very low bandwidth requirement enables it to be reliably used on any device, including PCs, Macs, iPads or smart phones. This ease and consistency of access is extremely important to the sales team at Martindale-Hubbell, who communicate globally with prospects and customers, including developing economies, such as Africa, The Middle East and Eastern Europe where internet speeds are slower.
